A Boutique Winery with a Passion for Bulgarian Wine
Zaara Estate produces a carefully selected range of red, white and rosé wines using grapes grown in its own vineyards. Blending the unique terroir of the region with modern winemaking techniques, the winery has developed several collections, including the popular Dogma and Zaara Estate labels, featuring varieties such as Syrah, Merlot and Chardonnay.
One wine that was particularly meaningful to us was Cauza, a limited-edition collection where part of the proceeds are donated to worthwhile causes.
As supporters of the Eyes on Four Paws Foundation – the incredible Bulgarian organisation where our Labrador began her journey before becoming part of our family – we loved discovering that one of the Cauza releases helped fund the training of guide dogs for people with visual impairments. It’s wonderful how a great wine can also help support an important cause.
