As summer has already started in Bulgaria (yay!) I cannot not tell you about Happy Sushi. Besides the absolutely wonderful sushi (which you should really try for yourself) the place has so much more to offer!
First and foremost, it is nothing like a typical restaurant – tables are spread around a wonderful garden allowing you to either sit in a main area or have a place far from everyone. But don’t worry, it isn’t just a garden: there is an indoor area as well situated on top of a lake which has actual ducks swimming around during the summer. Air is fresh and service is quite sweet as well. If you are a sushi fan I promise you’ll love it, but even if you’re not: don’t worry! They have quite a lot of items on the menu which absolutely anyone can enjoy including completely vegetarian meals, sushi made with chicken and absolutely finger-licking-good desserts!
Let me just mention that you will definitely need a reservation there especially if you are going on the weekend. If you are an introverted persona (as myself) this is definitely one of the escape – approved places for a coffee and good book during the day!
