Bolero is a stylish restaurant located in Sunny Beach just a few minutes walk from the centre. If you’re looking for high quality food and a good range to choose from you will not be disappointed here.
We decided to give the restaurant a try as we were staying nearby and as we were walking past I noticed the beautiful rose garden. In the garden there is a swimming pool with tables around it which is incredibly relaxing and peaceful. Inside the restaurant is equally pretty with lots of plants and flowers and even a few fancy chandeliers.
The first thing that impressed me here was the great service. The staff were very friendly and they offered suggestions of things to try from the menu. This was helpful as the menu has a lot of options including Sushi, Indian and Seafood. You can take a look at the menus here:
We opted for a caesar salad to start which was lovely and fresh, followed by seafood risotto and fish served with grilled vegetables. The only complaint I had about the food was that I couldn’t finish it! But, I really tried my best! The risotto was full of seafood, unlike some places where you get a lot of rice and not much else! After a little more Bulgarian red wine we managed to make room for some desserts, we tried the chocolate souffle and the creme brulee, both delicious! What I also liked about the menu here was the very clear description of ingredients and possible allergens, I have a few allergies so for me this was really useful.
Prior to my trip, some people had advised me that quality restaurants in Sunny Beach were limited however I am happy to say that I found the ones that are there! I’m very pleased that I can recommend my favourites here so that next time you visit you know exactly where to go!
When you are tired of the parties and the loud bar and dinner places, Bolero restaurant is perfect for a romantic, quiet evening in Sunny Beach!
